I have to say I am still having so much fun making theses lists!
Even though I hardly ever work out I feel pretty healthy overall. I watch what I eat, I make sure there’s a healthy meal on the table every night and I don’t have a car so I do everything on foot or on my bicycle. But of course there is more to feeling healthy besides a steady diet and exercise; listening or making music for instance always makes me feel great no matter what!
